Listening to audiobooks while I clean. I love Abraham Hicks books, Napoleon Hill (never gets old), and lately listening to a Spanish guy called Lain Garcia Calvo.

To laugh as much as you can, watch funny movies, call a fun friend, do Laughter Yoga with me…you can see me on our youtube channel.
Dance, exercise, drink lots of water, relax and rest…sunbathe if you are able to.
Your best at home exercise tips:
Obviously… YOGA every day!! Find the type of exercise that you enjoy and do a little bit every day.

Best way/s to entertain the kids:
Pinterest is brilliant to find things for the kids to do. The only problem is that we don’t always have the materials to do the projects. The last thing my kids made were toys for the Cat.
I’ve asked my kids to research a theme that interests them every day, and make a presentation for me with pictures and examples. this way they learn and they don’t feel it’s school stuff.
Best stress reliever:
I’m loving the online gatherings with my family on zoom…of course, with a nice cold beer!
