1. How long is each retreat?

All retreats are offered on a 6 night 7 day basis.

Our private bespoke retreats are offered with a minimum stay of 4 nights & total duration is flexible.

The retreat operates only on selected dates throughout the year.

If a shorter or longer duration is required please contact us.

2. Can I stay longer than 1 week?

On some dates throughout the year we offer consecutive retreats with 1 rest day in between.

We are happy to offer additional nights at our retreat venue to accommodate our guests flights or simply for additional days of rest & relaxation. Additional nights are offered on an accommodation only basis, please check with us for the appropriate nightly rate.

3. Will I have to share my accommodation?

Absolutely not, if you are travelling solo then you may enjoy sole occupancy of your own luxury suite.

If you are travelling with a partner / friend / relative & you wish to share a suite we are able to offer the option of both 1 or 2 double / twin bedrooms, depending on availability.

5. What will my accommodation be like?

Our accommodation at our main retreat venue is offered in large comfortable private guest suites set around a huge lagoon pool.

Each guest suite is spacious & very well appointed, with full air conditioning, 1 or 2 double / twin bedrooms, private full bathroom with washer / dryer & hair dryer, full kitchen with dining area, comfortable lounge with flat screen TV & satellite, free WiFi both, the suites are spacious, luxurious, & all have either a large terrace or balcony.

At our luxury boutique retreat venue our accommodation is offered in designer suites all of which have a private bathroom, with bath robe, slippers, beach towel & luxury toiletries. 

6. I will be travelling on my own is the retreat suitable for me?

The vast majority of our guests travel solo, so you will certainly be in good company, this is why we do not charge single supplements & we never ask our guests to share their accommodation with strangers.

7. Are couples welcome?

Yes, we are very happy to welcome couples at all of our retreats; 

8. How many guests are on each retreat?

We limit our groups to a maximum of 18 guests, thus ensuring small group personal attention from the members of our health fitness & wellness teams. The entire team are also available for private 121 sessions outside of group activities if a personal improvement or a home plan is required.

9. How do I know if I will be able to cope with the program?

If you have any doubts please don’t hesitate to contact us, we will be delighted to answer your questions & offer advice if you are unsure if a particular retreat program will be suitable for you.

Our programs have been designed to accommodate mixed levels of experience & fitness, including complete beginners; this is one of the reasons that we limit our retreats to a maximum of 18 guests, as we want to be able to offer individual & personal attention to each & every guest.

11. What should I pack for my retreat?

Visit our what to pack page. Upon reservation confirmation, each guest will also be sent a welcome letter giving lots of useful information about the retreat & this includes a helpful guide on what to pack. 

12. How far is the retreat from the nearest beach?

13. Is there free wi-fi access?

Whilst at the retreat we encourage our guests to try a little digital detox, to relax as much as possible by disconnecting themselves from their normal working lives, however we do understand that this is not always possible, & so we do offer free WiFi in all guest suites & on the outside terraces, there is also a computer with guest access in reception if required.

14. Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Our Chef can  provide specific nutritional, dietary requirements, food allergies, food intolerance’s etc. Menu options for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free are always available. Find out more about our food and menus. 

15. Are non-participating partners welcome?

Yes if sharing the participating partners guest suite. Charges will apply to cover accommodation, airport transfers, meals, spa use etc as required. Please check acceptance & costs with us in advance of the retreat, it is not acceptable to arrive with a partner without prior acceptance by TURC. 

16. Are airport transfers included?

As part of your retreat package we include complimentary private scheduled group return airport transfers for Alicante airport, but please bear in mind that they operate at *specified times only on our official arrival & departure days only, therefore it is important that guests please confirm the retreats transfer times before booking flights.

17. What if my flights are not close to your airport transfer times?

We can offer a selection of airport transfer alternatives including: the efficient & cost effective airport shuttle service, a pre-booked taxi service, or a private car & driver service. All services will be at an additional cost from *€40.00 one way.

18. What is not included in my retreat package?

Flights, travel & medical insurance plus extras not included in the retreat package, such as spa therapies & holistic treatments, private 1-2-1 sessions with our team members, additional nights at the retreat venue, additional meals etc

19. Can beginners attend a retreat?

Beginners are super welcome at all of our retreats, our teachers & instructors provide different levels & options in all classes & activities so that you will be supported, challenged & encouraged to learn & improve your overall fitness level.

All classes are suitable for all levels, with adaptations for those who are new to exercise, require rehabilitation after injury or illness & the more advanced guest.

20. What if I have an injury,can I still attend?

Providing your Doctor/Medical Specialist approves then yes you may attend the retreat. However it is important that you inform us as far in advance of your retreat as possible of any medical or general health issues that may affect your time at the retreat, so that as & where appropriate & possible we can make any adjustments required for your stay. 21. Who can book a private retreat?

You can book a private group retreat with us if you are a group of friends, or a corporate business & you can choose from one of our set programs or we can build a bespoke program which will focus on your groups / business specific needs, we will work with you to create the perfect program ensuring a memorable, fun, healthy & rewarding retreat experience. 22. What language is used?

All classes & workshops are held in English.

All of our team members speak fluent English as either their first or second language, many of our team also speak: Spanish, Russian, German, French, Italian & Dutch. 

23. Who teaches the sessions at the retreat?

24. What food will be provided at the retreat?

Our dedicated healthy food chef & his team provide a deliciously healthy menu, beginning with our welcome dinner service on arrival day & finishing with breakfast on departure day, on full retreat days breakfast lunch & dinner are provided plus fresh fruit post beach workouts & extra yummy snacks on days with a hike…Find out more about our fabulously alkaline menus.

25. Will drinks be provided at the retreat?

Yes, upon arrival you will be provided with mineral water, lemons and fresh ginger for your guest suite, these items can be replenished through out your stay. In the restaurant there is a lovely selection of organic herbal teas & infusions plus mineral water to accompany your meals.
