The food that we eat each day has a powerful effect on our health. Eating high quality fresh foods in the right quantity & combination with the right balance of essential nutrients will enable you to see & feel truly dramatic positive changes in both mind & body.
The retreat menus are designed to be tasty, highly nutritious & kind to the digestive system, aiding detoxification & gently cleansing whilst boosting your alkaline balance. They are also designed to provide you with the energy required for all of your workouts. Be assured that you will not go hungry with 3 fresh healthy & nutritious meals per day, and there are healthy snacks to surprise & delight your taste buds plus unlimited organic herbal teas, infusions & still mineral water.
Dining at the Retreat
Breakfast lunch & dinner at the retreat are fun & communal experiences & a great way in which to meet & enjoy the company of your fellow retreat guests, make new friends, share life experiences, laugh, swap a book or magazine & sooo much more… meals are served in the dining room, on our lovely outdoor terrace or you can also order your meal to “take away” if you plan to go out & explore, enjoy time at the beach or simply eat & relax on your own private terrace or balcony.

Menus and Dietary Requirements
All of the menus at the retreat exclude: wheat, dairy, caffeine, refined sugar, red meat, soy & processed products. Our Chef & his team are very happy to cater for those guests with specific nutritional, dietary requirements, food allergies, food intolerance’s etc. Menu options for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free are always available. The Retreat Kitchen
Our talented Chef works with the guidance of our expert Nutritionist & our Retreat Director to ensure that each & every meal at the retreat will be a feast for the senses. Every menu has a selection of nutrient dense dishes with the perfect balance of protein, carbohydrate, healthy fats & of course flavour. All dishes are prepared fresh each & every day. We source our ingredients locally & use “in season” fresh Mediterranean herbs, spices, grains, pulses, legumes, seeds, sprouted seeds, fruits & vegetables, fresh fish & organic chicken.
Healthy Weekly Cooking Workshop
This optional weekly workshop is a firm favourite with our guests. You will discover our Chefs favourite healthy ingredients, his essential recipe staples, his favourite kitchen equipment to make preparation easy for your favourite meals from the retreat of course you will also receive the recipes to enable you to easily prepare our tasty healthy dishes with ease when you return home.
After the workshop Chef will host a Q & A session, so its a good idea to take a notebook & pen with you to the workshop.
