Our retreat programs ensure not only a healthy weight loss & maximum nutrition, but also aid the body to gently & naturally eliminate toxins, our menu’s are designed to be super tasty, highly nutritious & kind to the digestive system, aiding detoxification & gently cleansing whilst boosting your alkaline balance. Be assured that you will not go hungry… with 3 fresh healthy & nutritious meals per day, healthy snacks plus unlimited organic herbal teas, infusions & still mineral water too.

After each morning fitness session / HiiT session you will be able to enjoy fresh Mediterranean fruit, on each hike you will have one of Chefs healthy treats, maybe a raw chocolate bite, seeded bonbon or a crunchy granola bar, plus of course there are always our go to favourites… the organic almonds provided to stave off the “munchies” & ensure that blood sugar levels remain stable.
The Retreat Kitchen & It’s ingredients:
The menus at each of our retreats are prepared with a true love of healthy food, great experience, nutritional knowledge & guidance by our incredible private Chef & his team. Our lovely & truly passionate Chef works with the guidance of our expert Nutritionist & our Retreat Director to ensure that each & every meal at the retreat will be a feast for the senses.
Each seasons menu has a selection of nutrient dense dishes with the perfect balance of protein, carbohydrate, healthy fats & of course deliciousness. All dishes are prepared fresh each & every day, we source our ingredients locally & use “in season” fresh Mediterranean herbs, spices, grains, pulses, legumes, seeds, sprouted seeds, fruits & vegetables, fresh fish & organic chicken.
We exclude alcohol, wheat, dairy, soy, coffee, artificial sweeteners / sugars, & gluten to aid the body to naturally cleanse itself.
The retreat is the perfect place to enjoy super healthy & delicious detox alkaline food & our guests tell us again & again how truly surprised & delighted they are by the quality of the food & of course by how fabulous they feel after a week of eating clean at the retreat.
Weekly Healthy Cooking Workshop:
This optional workshop is always a firm favourite with our guests on both of our retreat programs. You will discover our Chefs favourite health giving ingredients, recipe staples & quick preparation methods to enable you to easily prepare tasty healthy menus for yourself & your family…always held on the penultimate day of the retreat so that our guests may choose their favourite dishes from the weeks menus.
After the class Chef will host a Q & A session & all of the healthy recipes from the workshop will be sent to each workshop participant upon their return home from the retreat, so it will be easy to continue with the program & new healthy habits after your departure from the retreat…
All of the menus at the retreat exclude: wheat, dairy, caffeine, refined sugar, red meat, soy & processed products. Our Chef & his team are very happy to cater for those guests with specific nutritional / dietary requirements, food allergies, food intolerances etc.
