Boredom Buster 2

Hi everyone…

My name is Lisa & I am a spa & holistic therapist & my area of speciality is working with people who have undergone surgery, are recovering from illness, cancer survivors etc:

Here are my tips/ answers to Julie’s boredom buster questions:

 I’m not getting bored yet… In fact I still don’t have enough time to do what I set out to do for the day!

What am I reading?

I’m reading work related stuff all the time but one of my favourites is Johnathan Livingstone Seagull by Richard Bach. A good one for these times!

 My health boosting tips:

Lymph brushing every morning. Don’t normally always have time to do it.

Eat something ‘green’ everyday!

Exercise for at least 30 mins each day.

Take supplements of vitamin C and zinc to strengthen the immune system.

I drink 2 pints of hot lemon water each morning on an empty stomach.


Living in an apartment, I have been walking up and down our 5 flights of stairs, skipping on the roof terrace and playing table tennis across the kitchen island!!

To keep my mind healthy:

I generally go to YouTube and watch any teachings by Eckhart Tolle, Brian Weiss or Mark Epstein.

I know it sounds corny but I’m not at all stressed, I’m really enjoying this time of self nurturing and reflection. Cooking has always been something I like to do when I get stressed especially trying out a new recipe, so everyone’s a winner!
