Boot Camp Fitness
Each day at Boot Camp will consist of between 4 – 8 hours of low impact activity – centered around a varied & interesting fitness program with an active morning balanced by dedicated rest & relaxation time in the afternoon with late afternoon fitness classes plus stunning nature hikes, complimentary use of our indoor spa, gym and outdoor pools.
Many of the activities allow you to take advantage of the mood boosting benefits of outdoor fitness, the fresh sea air & the glorious views provided by our beautiful coastal location. During afternoon relaxation time you can also enjoy the fabulous menu of additional face & body treatments offered by our amazing wellness team in our wellness spa.

Our boot camp retreat’s fresh & organic Mediterranean inspired menu is a key element of our results oriented fitness program & is always top of the list of what our guests love the most.
The menus are filled with delicious healthy clean cuisine prepared freshly each day with local organic produce by your dedicated retreat Chef & his team. We strongly believe in food as medicine & so all of our menus are prepared with care & attention to nutritional content, healing ability, alkalinity & of course are a treat for both the eye & the taste buds. Our menu is made to fuel the body for each days activities, promote healthy weight loss & most importantly to help to build a strong healthy mind & body.
The retreat menu is free from; soy, alcohol, coffee, gluten, dairy, red meat, unnatural sugars, wheat, artificial sweeteners, preservatives.
We are happy to cater for those guests with special dietary needs, food allergies & intolerances.
