Each day at Boot Camp will consist of between 4 – 8 hours of low impact activity – centered around a varied & interesting fitness program with an active morning balanced by rest & relaxation time in the afternoon, late afternoon fitness classes plus stunning hikes, complimentary use of our wellness spa indoor / outdoor pools & gym. Many of the activities allow you to take advantage of the additional mood boosting benefits of outdoor fitness & the glorious views provided by our beautiful coastal location.

Boot Camp Food
Our intense fitness program is complemented & supported by an alkaline based light detox menu. To enable our guests to continue with the program at home our guests can also enjoy the option of joining our dedicated healthy food Chef at his weekly cooking class.
Our menus are filled with absolutely delicious super healthy clean detox cuisine prepared freshly each day with local organic produce by your dedicated retreat Chef & his team… We strongly believe in food as medicine & so all of our menus are prepared with care & attention to nutritional content, healing ability, alkalinity & of course are a treat for both the eye & the taste buds…a good gentle detox should be enjoyed & you should be able to see & feel the benefits, its not about deprivation & you will not be hungry at this retreat… Our menus are free from gluten, dairy free, red meat, unnatural sugars, wheat, preservatives etc, we are very happy to cater for those guests with special dietary needs, food allergies & intolerances.
