What’s on your Christmas gift list?
Take some time to think about what is on your Christmas gift list this year… What are you getting for your friends and family? Is a new tablet or a necklace really important? Will they remember next year what you gave them? When you look back, how many presents do you really remember? What we do remember are the happy moments that we spent with someone. How about gifting your family and friends with your TIME this year?
Here are a few “time gift” ideas:
- A “my time gift card” so the recipient gets to choose how you spend time together
- Cooking a great (healthy!) meal together (add the recipes, time, date…)
- Dancing lessons
- Learn a new skill together
- Date night
- Tickets to concert or a show
- A double massage
- Yoga lessons (together!)
Of course, a nice week together at the Ultimate Retreat Company would also be a great gift, but you already know that 😉

When you get to spend time with your loved one, remember to enjoy every moment. Take time to be mindful about what you are doing together. Pay attention to them, pay attention to the moment. Switch off your phone. Look at them in the eyes. And finally, remember to tell them that you love them and how important they are in your life.
