Meaningful Reflections

Our life-Coach Marco came form a very intense, wonderful and enlightening work-passion trip to his second home Mallorca. He had the opportunity to meet wonderful people that wanted to be more conscious of their conflicts and difficulties through the work he develops – life-coaching and bio-decoding.

These “encounters” are a marvellous personal opportunity for learning. He agree’s with a colleague that once said that the clients working with us are always carrying a precious message if we know how to read between the lines.

Marco considers awareness the first pillar for personal transformation and change, this is why he wanted to share these reflexion pearls with you…

Reflection 1 – relationships of attachment are disguised as love relationships… they’re not the same, the first limits you and the second sets you free.

Reflection 2 – there are individuals forgetting who they really are just to please the other and that brings them disempowerment, pain and illness.

Reflection 3 – there are individuals demanding the other to fit their own expectations and when they don’t do so, the first will say – “he/she doesn’t love me, because he/she is not doing what I want”

Reflection 4 – instead of living a live of joy and fulfilment people stay tied up to all kind of toxic relationships just because culture and society says they should,

Reflection 5 – fear and anxiety is living in a hypothetical future, a future that only happens in the realms of imagination. Use that energy to visualise positive and inspiring scenarios. Instead of fear you will feel enthusiasm.

Reflection 6 – to forgive is to heal from deep inside

Reflection 7 – accepting who you really are is to walk the path of live with the smile of authenticity

Reflection 8 – expecting is the first and fastest path to frustration

Reflection 9 – the antidote to emotional dependence is self-confidence
