Below is some of the more common questions we get asked about our retreats. If you can’t find the answer to your question here, then please feel free to message us via our contact page on this site.

How long is each retreat?

Luxury boot camp & wellness & luxury detox & wellness retreats are offered on a 6 night 7 day basis.

Our long weekend intense boot camp is offered only on a 4 night 5 day basis.

Our just glow yoga & wellness retreats are offered on both a 6 night 7 day & a 4 night 5 day basis.

The retreat operates only on selected dates throughout the year.

If a shorter or longer duration is required please contact us.

Can I stay longer than 1 week?

We are happy to offer additional nights at our retreat venue to accommodate our guests flights or simply for additional days of rest & relaxation. Additional nights are offered on an accommodation only basis, please check with us for the appropriate nightly rate.

Will I have to share my room?

Absolutely not, each guest will enjoy sole occupancy of his or her own luxury suite. If you are travelling with a friend & you do wish to share we are able to offer the option of a suite with 2 x double bedrooms.

What will my accommodation be like?

Our accommodation is offered in large comfortable private guest suites set around a large lagoon pool.

Each guest suite is spacious & very well appointed, with full air conditioning, a double bedroom, private full bathroom with washer / dryer & hair dryer, full kitchen with dining area, comfortable lounge with flat screen TV & satellite, free WiFi both, the suites are spacious, luxurious, & all have either a terrace or balcony.

I will be travelling on my own is the retreat suitable for me?

The vast majority of our guests travel solo, so you will certainly be in good company, this is why we do not charge single supplements & we never ask our guests to share their accommodation with strangers.

Are couples welcome?

Yes, we are happy to welcome couples at our boot camp & wellness retreat, long weekend intense retreat & yoga & wellness retreats; however, our detox anti-ageing & wellness retreat is strictly women only.

How many guests are on each retreat?

We limit our groups to a maximum of 16 guests, thus ensuring small group personal attention from our health & wellness teams.

How do I know if I will be able to cope with the program?

If you have any doubts please don’t hesitate to contact us, we will be delighted to answer your questions & offer advice if you are unsure if a particular retreat program will be suitable for you.

Our programs have been designed to accommodate mixed levels of experience & fitness, including complete beginners; this is one of the reasons that we limit our retreats to a maximum of 14 guests, as we want to be able to offer individual & personal attention to each & every guest.

*The only exception is our long weekend – intense retreat where a good level of health & fitness will be required.

What should I pack for my retreat?

Upon making your reservation, each guest will be sent a welcome letter giving lots of useful information about the retreat & this includes a helpful guide on what to pack.

Is there free wi-fi access?

Whilst at the retreat we encourage our guests to try a little digital detox, to relax as much as possible by disconnecting themselves from their normal working lives, however we do understand that this is not always possible, & so we do offer free WiFi in all guest suites & on the outside terraces, there is also a computer with guest access in reception if required.

Can I use the wellness spa?

We offer all of our guest’s complimentary use of our lovely wellness spa & gym from our official arrival day to our official departure day where services end at 10.am

Are non-participating partners welcome?

This depends on the type of retreat that you would like to choose & charges will apply. Please check with us in advance of the retreat.

Are airport transfers included?

As part of your retreat package we do include scheduled return airport transfers for Alicante airport, but please bear in mind that they operate at *specified times on our official arrival & departure days only, therefore it is important that guests please check the retreats transfer times with us before booking flights.

What if my flights are not close to your airport transfer times?

We can offer a selection of alternatives including the efficient & cost effective airport shuttle service, or a private car & driver service. Both services will be at an additional cost.

What is not included in my retreat package?

Flights, travel & medical insurance, extras not included in the retreat package, such as spa therapies & treatments, private 1-2-1 sessions with our team members, additional nights at the retreat venue, additional meals etc
